Bert Phillips – Senior Consultant
Bert Phillips started his career in the insurance profession over 30 years ago as a humble junior loss adjuster. Since then, Bert has handled all manner of claims including property claims, personal and vehicle claims as well as commercial liability claims. As senior consultant, Bert oversees operations at Lyon Felton striving to meet the needs of all clients in a timely and professional manner.
Jennifer Rawle – Consultant
Jenny took her first steps as an insurance professional in the 1980s initially as an Account manager for a major UK insurance company. She then progressed as a specialist claims consultant initially as a loss adjuster, then eventually became a respected loss assessor.
Ken Constance – Consultant
Ken is the the most recent member of our team. Ken joined us after spending over 25 years with various major insurance companies as a staff loss adjuster and claims consultant.
